You can contact us via email providing an outline of your difficulties and the type of support you are requiring. A clinician will then screen your email or offer you a telephone triage appointment if more information is needed.

You will then be referred for an assessment appointment with a clinician, before proceeding onto treatment. Clinicians will charge for their assessment and treatment sessions, and you will be provided with this information at the screening stage.

IMWell aims to respond to your email in 5-7 working days, however this is not guaranteed, due to the availability of clinicians. Please note that IMWell does not provide emergency services. Please attend your GP, local A & E department or call NHS 111 if you require immediate support.

Please also note both IMWell and associated clinicians are bound by a duty of care- this means we would need to tell other relevant professionals if we felt you, someone else, or a child were at risk of harm. We would discuss this before hand wherever possible.
